Currently, he is the coordinator of the legal department of the Community Forestry Association of Guatemala Utz Che’. There, he accompanies processes related to the vindication of the rights of different Local Communities and Indigenous Peoples of Guatemala, providing technical and legal assistance to ensure access to forestry incentives with more than 10 years of experience. In addition, he has developed the methodology of Transparency and Access to Public Environmental Information (TAIPA) for the development of various social audits on environmental, forestry and agricultural issues.
